Rishi Mohan

Co-FOUNDER, President
 

Rishi is a junior at St. Mark’s School of Texas, a state level violist on the school orchestra, and a member of the Community Service Board. He is passionate about both volunteering and music. Rishi began performing at local hospitals as a solo volunteering mission in 2017 and has continued to organize and lead Souls in Harmony’s performances and cohorts since. He aspires to study economics and data science in college and plans to grow the organization with him wherever he goes.

Rachit Mohan

Co-Founder, Chief Development Officer
 

Rachit is a former pianist and singer, alumnus of St. Mark’s School of Texas and Columbia University, and currently works as a healthcare management consultant in Washington, D.C., where he is supporting a large-scale healthcare transformation within the Department of Defense. He is passionate about biotechnology, digital health, and other applications that improve healthcare delivery. Rachit manages Souls in Harmony’s non-profit operations, hospital partnerships, and development opportunities, and is currently recruiting donors and partners for its expansion.

Emily Williams Gregg

Musical Director
 

Emily Williams Gregg lives and works in Los Angeles as a performer and teacher on viola and violin. She currently performs as a substitute violist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and previously performed with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra as a Jaap Van Zweden Scholar for two seasons. She also works as a recording artist, and has recorded tracks for artists such as Meghan Trainor, CeeLo Green, and Charlie Puth. Ms. Gregg earned her Bachelors degree from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, her Masters from University of North Texas, and Artist Diploma from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Gregg provides artistic and musical advisory direction to Souls in Harmony performers.

Radhika Mohan

MEdical Officer
 

Radhika is a third-year medical student at the Long School of Medicine of UT Health, San Antonio and alumna of The Hockaday School. She is a trained soprano vocalist and former choral director of her medical school a capella group, Egophony. Working in hospitals, Radhika has experienced first-hand the powerful impact that community engagement can have on patients’ clinical experiences. Radhika supports Souls in Harmony’s medical advocacy and offers her clinical advice to advance its mission.
